It should fit the 7800x3d, as if it's mounted to an AM4, it will mount the exact same way to an AM5

Both provide only a different backplate or screws, so I assume that the cooler is the same for both series After getting an AM4 bracket I can safely say they DO NOT fit, I ended up ordered an original AM5 bracket and 3D printing one to use in the mean time quick note: I took the motherboard to a repair shop to see if they had any and they gave me "original AM5" and it didn't fit.
